Glorious day spent with elder daughter at a sunny Arne RSPB reserve, venue of the BBC's recent Autumnwatch and Winterwatch. Four hours of walking, watching and listening, punctuated with a delicious lunch al fresco. So relaxing; so good for the mind. https://www.rspb.org.uk/
